Develop, implement, and oversee automated test scripts by leveraging cutting-edge tools and technologies to ensure robust and efficient testing processes.
Work collaboratively with developers, product managers, and QA team members to establish comprehensive test strategies and clearly defined acceptance criteria.
Execute comprehensive functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to validate system functionality, identify defects, and ensure optimal performance under various conditions.
Proactively detect, document, monitor, and validate defects through specialized bug-tracking systems to ensure comprehensive issue resolution and traceability.
To drive ongoing enhancements in test coverage, execution efficiency, and the overall quality assurance workflow, this role will focus on systematically optimizing QA processes.
Incorporate automated testing methodologies into CI/CD pipelines to facilitate ongoing quality assurance processes.
Attend sprint planning sessions, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to contribute to the team’s progress and continuous improvement.
Perform in-depth root cause analysis to identify underlying issues, then deliver practical, data-driven recommendations aimed at enhancing overall quality standards.

Qualifications
What you bring…
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required, or an equivalent amount of professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
Professionals with over four years of hands-on experience in software testing, particularly emphasizing automation-driven methodologies, are encouraged to apply.
Demonstrated expertise in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C, is required.
Professional candidates will possess practical expertise in test automation tools, including but not limited to Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Playwright, Opium, or comparable technologies.
Proficiency in utilizing API testing tools, including but not limited to Postman, Rest Assured, and Karate, is essential.
Proficiency in essential testing methodologies, including Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), test case design, and the bug lifecycle, is required.
Proficiency in version control systems, such as Git, is required.
Proficiency in continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) platforms, including but not limited to Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Azure DevOps, is essential.
Professional experience in Agile and Scrum frameworks is required.
