Reverse Aesthetic Clinics is now accepting applications for an Office Assistant/Housekeeper who is detail-oriented, proactive, and personable, to contribute to the seamless functioning of our clinic. The successful applicant will ensure the premises remain immaculate and inviting for visitors and employees alike, while also offering essential administrative and reception duties as needed.

This position is ideally suited for a female applicant who demonstrates meticulousness, professionalism, and a proactive approach while thriving in a client-centered setting.

Oversee and execute core duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive organizational objectives forward. Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and best practices while maintaining high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability. Facilitate team performance through clear communication, mentorship, and resource allocation to optimize productivity and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Ensure reception areas, treatment rooms, offices, and common spaces remain consistently clean and orderly.

Maintain clinic facilities in a consistently clean, hygienic, and visually appealing condition at all times.

Provide support in managing the inventory and replenishment of office and cleaning supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained at all times.

When necessary, ensure beverages and light snacks are available for guests.

Provide assistance with administrative duties, including document filing, records organization, and performing routine office tasks.

Greet clients warmly upon their arrival and guide them to the appropriate destination or staff member as needed.

Provide support for appointment confirmations and address basic client inquiries.

Contribute to the team’s efforts in delivering a seamless and positive client experience.

Promptly escalate any maintenance issues, supply shortages, or operational concerns to the appropriate personnel for resolution.

Perform additional tasks as reasonably directed by management, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Requirements

A preference is indicated for female candidates to fulfill the operational and facility management responsibilities associated with this position.

A high school diploma, National Diploma (OND), or an equivalent educational credential is required.

Prior experience in any of the following capacities—as an office assistant, cleaner, receptionist, customer service representative, or comparable position—is highly beneficial.

Effective communication and strong interpersonal abilities are essential for this role.

Maintaining a polished appearance and conducting oneself with professionalism is essential.

Delivers meticulous attention to detail while performing tasks with a high degree of autonomy.

Dependable, trustworthy, and consistently on time.

Proficiency in operating a smartphone and utilizing WhatsApp is essential.
