Job Summary
The Medical Officer delivers comprehensive primary healthcare services, oversees the operation of the wellbeing clinic, and enforces adherence to occupational health and safety regulations.

Perform comprehensive evaluations and examinations of patients to assess their medical conditions thoroughly.
Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of medical conditions, injuries, and illnesses with precision and expertise.
Design and execute individualized therapeutic strategies tailored to each patient’s unique needs and circumstances.
Evaluate patient conditions and determine appropriate pharmaceutical interventions while observing and assessing patient outcomes to ensure treatment efficacy and safety.
Execute essential medical and surgical interventions as needed.
Provide comprehensive information to patients and their families regarding medical conditions and available treatment options.
Ensure all patient medical records remain precise and current at all times.
Work collaboratively with diverse healthcare professionals across various disciplines to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest medical best practices and treatment protocols.
Handle routine medical and surgical emergencies with efficiency and proficiency.
Proficient in operating point-of-care diagnostic tools, including STAT devices and ECG machines, is essential.
Foster a collaborative team environment to address multifaceted cases comprehensively and effectively.
Compose comprehensive medical documentation, including detailed reports and discharge summaries.
Provide essential healthcare services to patients in need of treatment and support.
Provide support at designated wellbeing clinics as required.
Ensure strict compliance with established medical protocols, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Execute additional duties as assigned by the team lead and Medical Director.
Requirements
Hold an accredited medical degree, such as an MBBS or equivalent qualification, from a recognized institution.
Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYC) is a prerequisite for consideration for this position.
Seeking candidates with a minimum of five to seven years of hands-on clinical experience. Proficiency in patient care, diagnostic techniques, and treatment methodologies is essential for this role. A strong background in healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, or specialized care facilities, is required.
Must hold a current, unrestricted medical license to practice.
Proven expertise in clinical assessments and diagnostic procedures is required.
Proficient in advanced life support techniques is required.
Must possess strong proficiency in computer usage along with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrates a deep sense of empathy and compassion in patient interactions, ensuring a supportive and caring environment.
