Ensures the implementation of the Project Quality Plan within the designated scope of work.
Deliver comprehensive training programs tailored for essential personnel to enhance their proficiency and operational effectiveness.
Develop and implement comprehensive Surveillance Plans to execute Surveillance Programs effectively, while conducting continuous monitoring and auditing to maintain compliance and performance standards.
The incumbent is responsible for documenting and escalating any quality concerns, tracking progress, and compiling relevant metrics to share with the Project Management team, ensuring transparency and facilitating informed decision-making. Additionally, they must communicate any insights or lessons learned from project execution to enhance future initiatives and improve overall performance.

May temporarily assume responsibilities as either a Procurement Quality Coordinator (PQC) or a Site Quality Coordinator (SQC) until a permanent assignment is designated.

To establish and implement robust control processes within the subproject Project Team (PT) in accordance with the guidelines outlined in both the Project Plan and the Project Quality Plan.
Ensure the Contractor adheres to the project requirements and effectively implements their Quality program by providing thorough oversight.
Review and endorse the Contractor’s Quality organization, ensuring adherence to established standards, while systematically evaluating the performance of key Quality Assurance (QA) personnel to uphold operational excellence and compliance.
Review the Contractor’s standard contract and purchase order quality requirements’ language to ensure compliance.
Review and authorize the Contractor’s Quality Plan along with the Inspection and Test Plans (Its) to ensure compliance with established quality standards and project requirements.
Conduct regular, scheduled evaluations of the Contractor’s operations to assess and oversee the effective implementation of their Quality Management systems.
Engage in the evaluation process to qualify proposed Subcontractors or Suppliers.
Ensure that the Contractor’s surveillance activities align with the established Criticality Ratings to maintain compliance and operational integrity.
Review the contractor’s quality audit schedule, supervise the contractor’s audit program, and take part in designated audits.
In collaboration with the Procurement Quality Coordinator (PQC), oversee and evaluate the Quality Plans of suppliers providing critical equipment and materials, ensuring alignment with established standards and requirements.
Ensure that the contractor adheres to the contract by delivering high-quality reports consistently.
Oversee the execution and review of PT Procurement and Construction Surveillance Programs to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
Deliver comprehensive quality training programs as needed to ensure proficiency and compliance with established standards.
Develop and oversee the subproject Audit Schedule, perform on-site audits within subprojects, and support the Quality Manager in executing project audits as required.
Analyze data collected from engineering, procurement, and construction sites to detect discrepancies or challenges and facilitate their resolution.
Provide support to the function in identifying suitable candidates for Statistical Quality Control (SQC) positions and collaborate with site teams to assist in the selection of inspectors.
Oversee the Procurement and Construction Surveillance Programs in a leadership capacity until the designated coordinator, such as the Project Quality Coordinator (PQC) or Site Quality Coordinator (SQC), assumes responsibility.
Review and assist in the preparation of the Quality section of site close-out reports, as required.
Provide guidance and updates to the Project Manager and Quality Manager regarding quality-related concerns, current status, and performance metrics.
Implement established best practices and company lessons learned while actively identifying and disseminating new insights in accordance with established requirements.
Proven expertise and qualifications include a minimum of three years of experience in a relevant field, coupled with strong analytical abilities and exceptional problem-solving skills. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, as is the capability to manage multiple projects concurrently while adhering to strict deadlines. Effective communication and collaboration are critical, along with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience is required, and familiarity with current trends and best practices is highly advantageous.
Proficiency in quality assurance and control processes for field construction and completions operations is required.
A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Engineering or Science is highly desirable.
Technical discipline certifications aligning with professional experience and expertise are required.
Able to travel domestically and internationally for business purposes to project sites as needed, providing support at varying levels.
Professionals with a proven track record in Quality Management and the oversight of quality-related initiatives for diverse facilities within the Oil and Gas sector are encouraged to apply.
