Define the test scope, outline the approach, ensure traceability, and assess the feasibility of automation. Develop and implement a well-defined, efficient test strategy to guide the testing process effectively.
Design, develop, and oversee structured test cases, scenarios, checklists, and test suites to support both manual and automated testing initiatives. Additionally, create and maintain precise test data to ensure accurate validation of system functionality.
Conduct comprehensive end-to-end, integration, regression, sanity, user acceptance, and performance testing through both manual and automated methodologies. Implement test cases in alignment with a prioritized execution sequence to ensure thorough validation.
Design scenario-based checklists to optimize and accelerate the preparation phase of test execution processes.
Compile, record, and track requirement issues by maintaining the issue log.
Responsibilities include evaluating products in alignment with user stories, conducting comprehensive assessments of the full application—ranging from the user interface (UI) to the back end. This involves verifying the functionality of the application, as well as assessing its performance and security standards.
Maintain and enhance automated test cases and scripts within the framework. Integrate these automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to facilitate ongoing quality assurance.
Defect Management responsibilities include detecting, verifying, documenting, and monitoring defects while providing precise descriptions and assigning appropriate severity levels. Additionally, this role involves identifying issues and gaps, as well as proposing potential enhancements throughout testing processes.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of test strategies, test cases, results, and daily, status, and progress reports. Assess specifications for thoroughness, correctness, and feasibility for automation.
Maintain and enhance automated test suites to guarantee precision, comprehensive coverage, and alignment with evolving product specifications.
Collaborate closely with development teams to assess requirements and design documentation, offering expert guidance on testing strategies and pinpointing areas of high risk or susceptibility to defects.

Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is required.
Proficiency in Selenium with Java is essential, alongside experience with at least one additional automation framework such as Cypress, Playwright, or similar tools.
Proficient in transforming manual test cases into automated scripts and diagnosing errors with meticulous precision and a keen eye for detail.

We offer a competitive net salary of $250,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
