Grant and funding proposal development, alongside strategic resource mobilization, form the core responsibilities of this role. The position demands a keen ability to craft compelling submissions, secure financial backing, and align organizational objectives with available funding opportunities to ensure sustainable growth and impact.
Donor Reporting: Foster and sustain strong connections with donors and partners to ensure ongoing engagement and support.
Ensuring adherence to financial audit protocols and meeting donor-established criteria is essential.
Key Results Areas (KRAs)
We are currently inviting applicants to submit proposals for a monthly grant opportunity. This program offers five grants per month, providing financial support to eligible candidates.
The Donor Report is responsible for managing and analyzing donor data to ensure accurate and timely reporting. This role involves preparing comprehensive reports on donor contributions, maintaining donor records, and collaborating with various departments to enhance fundraising strategies. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data analysis, proficiency in reporting tools, and excellent communication skills to present findings to stakeholders. Key responsibilities include tracking donor engagement, identifying trends in donor behavior, and providing actionable insights to support fundraising initiatives.
The role involves preparing and presenting management reports, ensuring they accurately reflect key performance indicators and operational data. Responsibilities include gathering, analyzing, and interpreting financial and non-financial information to support strategic decision-making. Proficiency in data visualization tools and reporting software is required, along with strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders. Experience in financial reporting or business intelligence is preferred, and candidates must demonstrate analytical rigor and a commitment to delivering high-quality, timely reports.
Requirements
Candidates are required to hold a B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree and possess between four and seven years of relevant professional experience.
