Working alongside fellow educators in the English department, we design comprehensive lesson plans, refine teaching methodologies, and implement targeted interventions to enhance student learning outcomes.
Crafting students for both standardized examinations and casual evaluations, ensuring they are thoroughly equipped for each assessment scenario.
Grading a variety of assessments, including tests, pop quizzes, assignments, exams, and other evaluations, while maintaining clear and professional communication with parents, students, teachers, and counselors to address concerns such as underperformance and other relevant issues.
Securing and coordinating guest speakers, planning and executing literary events, and arranging educational field trips are among the key responsibilities.
We seek a candidate who meets the following qualifications: a minimum of five years of experience in a relevant field, a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, and proficiency in industry-standard software tools. The ideal applicant should demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in project management, data analysis, or a similar role is highly desirable, as is familiarity with regulatory compliance and best practices in the field.
A bachelor’s degree in English is required for this position.
