Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience in the specified field. A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is required, with preference given to those holding an advanced degree. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are also necessary to collaborate effectively in a dynamic work environment. Knowledge of project management methodologies and compliance standards is highly desirable. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate adaptability and a commitment to continuous professional development.
