We are looking for a highly professional, detail-oriented, and customer-centric Receptionist to serve as the primary point of contact for our corporate headquarters. In this role, you will assist with the daily front-desk operations for a dynamic company with diverse business segments, including telecom maintenance, oil and gas, construction, and fiber optic services.

Oversee a range of critical tasks, including managing and coordinating project activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals, conducting thorough performance evaluations to assess team and individual contributions, and maintaining meticulous documentation to support compliance and operational transparency. Facilitate effective communication between departments to streamline workflows and resolve interdepartmental challenges, while also identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. Additionally, ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards to mitigate risks and maintain a secure work environment.

Front Desk Management: Provide a courteous and polished welcome to all visitors, clients, and contractors. Handle walk-in inquiries efficiently while ensuring the reception area remains inviting and well-organized.

Handle incoming calls and correspondence efficiently, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments while overseeing company mail and courier services.

Coordinate meeting room reservations and support the arrangement of appointments for executive leadership.

Administrative Support: Responsible for maintaining accurate visitor logs, managing basic filing systems, performing document scanning, and executing other essential administrative duties.

Provide administrative assistance to the HR and administrative teams by managing office supplies, distributing internal memos, and coordinating meeting logistics.

Maintain a polished and professional corporate image by ensuring alignment in appearance, communication, and behavior with the company’s standards.

We seek candidates with a minimum of five years of experience in a relevant field, along with a degree in a related discipline. Proficiency in industry-standard software and familiarity with project management methodologies are essential. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently are also required. Additionally, applicants must demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.

A degree in any field, including a B.Sc. or HND, is required, with preference given to candidates holding qualifications in Mass Communication, Business Administration, or Office Management.

Minimum of three years of demonstrated experience in a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or Administrative Assistant role within a corporate or technical organization is required.

Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English is required, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is also essential, and the ability to maintain professional phone etiquette is expected.

Maintains a professional and polished appearance while demonstrating reliability through punctuality. Exhibits discretion and a proactive approach to work, ensuring tasks are managed efficiently and calmly in high-pressure, fast-paced settings.

Professionals must either reside in Ibadan or demonstrate a willingness to relocate to the city.
