Renumeration

Long-haul truck drivers operate heavy vehicles to transport goods over extended distances, ensuring timely and secure deliveries while adhering to strict safety protocols. These professionals must possess a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with the appropriate endorsements, a clean driving record, and at least two years of verifiable driving experience. Responsibilities include conducting pre-trip inspections, maintaining accurate logs of service hours, and reporting any vehicle malfunctions or maintenance needs. They should demonstrate strong time management skills, the ability to navigate efficiently, and a commitment to federal and state transportation regulations. Physical stamina and the capacity to handle extended periods of solitude are also essential for this role.

We offer a competitive base salary of ₦100,000, structured to reflect the value of your expertise and contributions.

A monthly housing allowance of N30,000 is provided.

A dispatch allowance ranging from N10,000 to N20,000 per trip is provided to eligible candidates.

Trip Allowance: A fixed sum of ₦10,000 is provided per trip, disbursed at the end of each month.

Responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments, developing personalized care plans, coordinating with healthcare providers, and monitoring patient progress to improve health outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and prior experience in healthcare coordination or a related field. Proficiency in utilizing electronic health records (EHR) systems and adherence to HMO protocols are essential requirements. Additionally, the role demands a commitment to continuous professional development and a patient-centered approach.

We provide a thirteenth-month salary as part of our compensation package.

Short Trucks are responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods, ensuring timely delivery to designated locations. They operate and maintain delivery vehicles, conduct pre- and post-trip inspections, and adhere to all traffic laws and company policies. Additionally, they document delivery details, manage cargo loading and unloading, and report any mechanical issues or delays. Strong time-management and customer service skills are required, along with a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) and a clean driving record. Experience with GPS systems and basic vehicle maintenance is preferred.

The remuneration package for this position includes a base salary of ₦80,000 per month.

A monthly housing allowance of N20,000 is provided as part of the compensation package.

A travel allowance of ₦5,000 per trip is provided.
