Oversee on-site activities on a daily basis and uphold adherence to project requirements.
Oversee the advancement of MEP system installations, evaluate proposed design modifications, and assess variation requests throughout the construction phase.
Perform regular site assessments to verify adherence to approved designs, specifications, and quality benchmarks.
Monitor system performance, assess installation quality, and ensure compliance with sustainability features.
Assess MEP systems to detect deviations or potential risks, then document findings and propose appropriate corrective measures.
Assist in the execution of commissioning reviews and evaluations of building services systems following construction completion.
Job Requirement:
A strong proficiency in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems is essential.
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or building services engineering is required.
A minimum of five years of professional experience in MEP design, engineering, or construction supervision, specifically within the housing or real estate industry, is required.
Proven expertise in evaluating and assessing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within residential or mixed-use development projects.
Proven involvement in Technical and Commercial Due Diligence (TCDD) evaluations is required.
Possesses a thorough understanding of environmentally conscious building criteria and sustainable design methodologies, such as IFC EDGE, LEED, or comparable frameworks.
Proficiency in local building codes, engineering standards, and regulatory approval processes is required.
Demonstrates strong command of engineering design and analysis tools, including industry-standard software such as AutoCAD and Refit MEP.
Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder communication, ensuring clear insights and strategic alignment with key partners.
