Job Summary
We are in search of a diligent and alert Security Personnel professional to safeguard our facilities, assets, and staff.
The successful candidate will uphold a strong presence, deter unauthorized entry, and safeguard employees and guests by conducting patrols, overseeing surveillance systems, and addressing incidents promptly.
Responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. The incumbent will oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, reconcile bank statements, and manage general ledger entries. Additionally, duties encompass preparing and submitting tax filings, assisting with budget preparation and monitoring expenditures, and coordinating internal and external audits. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software are essential. Effective communication and organizational abilities are required to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide financial insights to support decision-making.
Monitor and screen the entry of employees, visitors, and other individuals to prevent unauthorized access, deter theft, and ensure the protection of company property and premises.
Conduct regular patrols of industrial and commercial properties to identify and deter potential intrusions, safeguarding doors, windows, and gates to maintain a secure environment.
Respond promptly to alarm activations and conduct thorough evaluations of disturbances to determine their nature and appropriate response measures.
Prepare detailed documentation of daily operations and any anomalies encountered, including instances of damaged equipment or property, theft, unauthorized individuals on the premises, or other significant irregularities.
Utilize detection equipment to examine individuals and prohibit the entry of unauthorized items into secure zones, ensuring compliance with established safety protocols.
Oversee and regulate entry and exit points, including building entrances and vehicle gates, to ensure secure access control.
Monitor security systems, including alarms and surveillance cameras, while managing detection and emergency response equipment.
Respond promptly to emergencies, offering critical assistance to both employees and customers as needed.
Execute protocols associated with multiple initiatives, including fire prevention measures, property surveillance, access management, and incident investigations.
Requirements
A minimum of a High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification is required.
Demonstrated professional background in security-related roles or equivalent positions is required.
Understanding of public safety and security measures and protocols is essential.
Detail-oriented with a strong aptitude for surveillance and meticulous observation.
