Job Summary

We are in search of driven and energetic NYC Corps Members interested in contributing to our Sales and Marketing team in the capacity of Sales Representatives.

The ideal candidates will drive the promotion and marketing of the company’s products, actively generate leads, and contribute to the expansion of overall sales.

Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations to ensure alignment with organizational goals, managing cross-functional teams to drive project execution, and maintaining adherence to compliance and quality standards. Additionally, the role entails fostering stakeholder relationships to enhance collaboration and communication, analyzing performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities, and implementing strategic initiatives to optimize efficiency and productivity. The position requires strong leadership skills to guide teams toward achieving measurable outcomes while upholding accountability at all levels.

Demonstrate a proactive approach in marketing and promoting the company’s offerings to potential clients.

Proactively engage with prospective clients to cultivate and secure sales opportunities.

Provide customers with detailed explanations of product features, benefits, and pricing structures to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.

Cultivate strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and drive repeat engagements.

Consistently meet or exceed designated sales quotas and key performance indicators as outlined in your role.

Gather and evaluate insights regarding customer preferences, market dynamics, and competitor strategies to offer informed recommendations.

Collaborate on the development, coordination, and execution of promotional initiatives, marketing campaigns, and field-based marketing strategies.

Responsibilities include meticulously documenting and communicating daily sales transactions with precision.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or business, and demonstrate at least three years of professional experience in a related role. Proficiency in project management tools, data analysis software, and proficiency in written and verbal communication are essential. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams are required. Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards is also necessary. Additionally, the ideal candidate will exhibit leadership qualities and a proactive approach to continuous learning and professional development.

Eligible applicants must currently be engaged in the National Youth Service Corps (NYC) program.

Exceptional ability to communicate clearly and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders is essential. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain productive professional relationships.

Demonstrates a proactive approach to acquiring new skills and thrives in environments where clear objectives and measurable outcomes are prioritized.

Demonstrated capability to function both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.

A background in sales, marketing, or customer service is beneficial, though not mandatory.
