Job Summary

The Sales Representative will devise and execute marketing strategies aimed at promoting products and services, elevating brand visibility, and fostering business expansion.

Oversee a comprehensive range of critical duties including strategic planning, team leadership, and operational execution to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align projects with company goals, fostering innovation and continuous improvement. Monitor performance metrics and implement data-driven strategies to enhance productivity and profitability. Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and best practices to uphold compliance and mitigate risks. Lead training initiatives and talent development programs to cultivate a skilled and motivated workforce. Serve as a primary liaison with stakeholders, providing transparent communication and ensuring alignment with business priorities.

Actively advocates for the company’s products through both digital and traditional marketing channels to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth.

Devise and execute comprehensive marketing initiatives aimed at acquiring new clients while fostering loyalty among current customers.

Oversees the planning, execution, and optimization of social media pages, advertisements, promotional initiatives, and marketing campaigns.

Establish and maintain strong connections with event planners, educational institutions, corporate entities, and additional prospective clients to foster collaborative partnerships and drive business growth.

Responsible for recruiting and integrating resellers into the company’s product portfolio while ensuring ongoing engagement and support throughout the partnership.

Key Requirements

A bachelor’s degree, Higher National Diploma (HND), National Diploma (ND), or National Certificate in Education (NCE) in any academic discipline is required.

We are seeking candidates with a proven track record of 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in Marketing or Relationship Management roles.

Proven ability to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
