PRL seeks a motivated, results-driven Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, consistently meet and surpass sales objectives, identify and address customer needs, and effectively promote our diverse range of products and services.

Additionally, the individual would be instrumental in fostering an inviting store atmosphere, addressing customer concerns with both efficiency and professionalism, while also driving the business’s success and expansion through effective communication and sales expertise.

Oversee and execute core duties involving the management of key initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and strategic goals. Develop and implement comprehensive plans to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and foster innovation within the team. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify opportunities for improvement, address challenges, and drive sustainable growth. Maintain rigorous standards of quality, accuracy, and efficiency in all deliverables while adhering to established policies and procedures. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, cultivating a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Providing customers with comprehensive product insights and a diverse selection of offerings to help guide their purchasing choices.

Assisting in inventory management and stock control, while remaining knowledgeable about product features, benefits, and pricing.

Maintain the store’s cleanliness and uphold the established standards for its overall appearance.

Drive store revenue growth by consistently meeting and surpassing established sales targets.

Address customer inquiries, complaints, and return requests promptly while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor throughout all interactions.

Handle various financial transactions, such as cash processing, credit card payments, and gift card sales.

Ensure strict compliance with all company policies and procedures, including those governing store operations.

Execute additional tasks and responsibilities as designated by leadership from time to time.

The qualifications necessary for this role include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Applicants must possess at least three years of experience in software development, preferably with expertise in Java, Python, or C++. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work in collaborative environments are essential. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate exceptional communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Seeking candidates with at least two years of relevant experience in retail sales or comparable positions.

Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, is essential.

Demonstrates strong technical aptitude in operating computer software and point-of-sale (POS) systems with precision and efficiency.

Strong proficiency in fundamental mathematical operations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, is essential.

Exceptional proficiency in delivering outstanding customer support, characterized by strong interpersonal abilities and a commitment to client satisfaction.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively while maintaining high performance standards and meeting deadlines.

Possesses a solid grasp of retail sales methodologies and operational workflows.
