Oversee and execute critical responsibilities encompassing the management and execution of core functions integral to the role. Lead strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives while fostering collaboration across departments. Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. Develop and maintain comprehensive reports to track progress, analyze trends, and present actionable insights to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices to mitigate risks and uphold operational integrity. Act as a liaison between senior leadership and operational teams, facilitating clear communication and driving cohesive decision-making.

Design and execute strategic sales initiatives to meet established revenue and expansion objectives.

Prospect and secure new corporate clients within designated industries to drive business growth.

Cultivate and sustain robust connections with current clients as well as potential leads, ensuring ongoing engagement and trust-building initiatives.

Perform comprehensive market research initiatives to uncover viable business opportunities, assess evolving customer requirements, and analyze prevailing industry trends.

Craft and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations with clarity and precision.

Oversee the complete sales process, from initial lead identification through to finalizing agreements.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth service operations and uphold high standards of customer satisfaction.

Track sales metrics, compile comprehensive reports, and deliver consistent performance updates to executive leadership.

Serve as the company’s ambassador at various professional gatherings, including business meetings, networking functions, and industry-related events.

Proactively nurture and expand key accounts by maintaining strong, strategic relationships to drive long-term retention and sustainable growth.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a closely related discipline is required.

With a minimum of four to six years of demonstrated success in corporate sales, business development, or key account management roles, you will bring a track record of driving revenue growth and fostering client relationships.

Demonstrates a consistent ability to surpass sales goals and deliver results beyond expectations.

Proven ability to communicate effectively, negotiate with confidence, and deliver compelling presentations.

Exceptional skill in cultivating professional connections and fostering meaningful relationships.

A strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management software is required.

Proven capability to operate autonomously while efficiently overseeing and coordinating multiple accounts with precision and organizational skill.

Demonstrated proficiency in analytical reasoning and the capacity to devise effective solutions to complex challenges.
