Requirements
Requires at least an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) qualification or its equivalent in a relevant field.
Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in both verbal and written communication, along with the ability to foster productive interpersonal relationships. Exhibits strong collaboration skills and emotional intelligence to engage effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders at all levels.
Customer-oriented and maintains a polished demeanor in all interactions.
Professional experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting would be considered a valuable asset for this position.
Must demonstrate flexibility to accommodate varying schedules, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
