Job Summary

We seek a receptionist who demonstrates exceptional organization, meticulous attention to detail, and sharp problem-solving skills, blending professionalism with efficiency to maintain seamless office operations and consistently deliver a positive client experience.

Oversee and execute core duties encompassing strategic planning, operational implementation, and performance evaluation to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently. Develop and maintain robust processes that enhance productivity, quality, and compliance with established standards and regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts, foster innovation, and drive continuous improvement across all departments. Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress, identify inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions where necessary. Lead initiatives that optimize resource allocation, mitigate risks, and support sustainable growth. Ensure adherence to company policies, industry best practices, and legal requirements while maintaining a high standard of accountability and transparency.

Maintain a clean and organized appearance for both the customer lounge and the front office area at all times.

Maintain precise records of service leads generated from walk-ins, referrals, advertisements, car exhibitions, and phone inquiries.

Ensure customers are promptly directed to the appropriate Service Advisor, Sales Consultant, or Manager.

Assist with the execution of vehicle delivery operations by managing documentation, confirming payment, updating customer records, and addressing any customer inquiries.

Strive to create an environment where customers experience a genuine sense of comfort and appreciation throughout their visit.

Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions and communications.

Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is required.

Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting is highly preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail are also necessary.

Prior experience in a financial or accounting role is advantageous but not mandatory.

A bachelor’s degree in any academic discipline is required.

Proven professional experience of one to two years in a comparable position is required.

Exceptional abilities in communication, negotiation, and customer service are essential.

Demonstrated expertise in using Microsoft Office applications is essential for this role.
