Job Summary
The Pharmacist oversees day-to-day clinical and retail pharmacy operations, maintains high standards of patient care, and provides outstanding customer service.

Oversee a range of critical duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and performance monitoring to ensure organizational objectives are met with precision and efficiency. Execute initiatives aimed at optimizing workflows, enhancing productivity, and fostering sustainable growth through innovative solutions. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align efforts, mitigate risks, and achieve measurable outcomes aligned with company goals. Accurately dispense medications in strict adherence to prescriptions and all applicable regulatory requirements.
Deliver expert clinical counseling services to patients, addressing topics such as medication administration, potential side effects, and overall health and well-being.
Oversee and enhance the efficiency of retail pharmacy operations, with a focus on strategic promotion and inventory management of wellness products and cosmetics.
Provide outstanding customer service to cultivate and sustain robust patient relationships throughout the community.
Employ digital and social media channels strategically to bolster the pharmacy’s online presence and advance community health awareness.
Monitor stock levels diligently, uphold appropriate storage protocols for medications, and document all inventory transactions with precision.
Requirements
A Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Harm.D) is required for this role.
Holding a current, valid pharmacist license in good standing is essential for this role.
Proficiency in a community pharmacy setting is highly advantageous.
Clinical expertise combined with outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication abilities.
A strong aptitude for meticulousness and the capacity to operate autonomously with minimal oversight are essential.
Proficiency in wellness products, cosmetics, and retail pharmacy operations is highly beneficial.
Digital proficiency and a strong command of social media platforms are advantageous.
Preferred candidates should reside close to the pharmacy location.
