We are in search of a driven and achievement-focused Marketing Sales Lead to integrate into our vibrant marketing team.

In this position, you will play a pivotal role in implementing cutting-edge marketing initiatives designed to boost customer engagement and strengthen brand recognition within targeted markets.

Collaborating closely with diverse teams, you will design and execute field marketing strategies that support and advance our key business objectives.

Oversee a range of critical operational duties, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to established protocols. Manage day-to-day activities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain rigorous compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Facilitate effective communication channels to support collaboration and decision-making across departments. Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to foster professional growth and align individual objectives with organizational goals.

Craft and execute expansive marketing initiatives specifically designed to propel business expansion and elevate revenue generation.

Oversee and inspire the marketing team to drive sales growth and consistently achieve established sales objectives.

Develop, implement, and evaluate the marketing department’s strategic initiatives to ensure measurable outcomes and alignment with organizational objectives.

Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with past clients to foster continued engagement and potential future business opportunities.

Ensure the department achieves its objectives and bears accountability for both its accomplishments and shortcomings.

Develop, refine, and uphold the company’s brand identity, guaranteeing uniform application across all marketing channels to support marketers in achieving their objectives.

Perform comprehensive market research and data analysis to shape marketing strategies, uncover emerging market trends, and evaluate effectiveness.

We are responsible for achieving departmental sales targets, calculated as the total of all individual BDE sales goals.

Monitor and present key performance indicators related to marketing activities, such as website visitor volume, social media interactions, prospect acquisition, and the efficacy of conversion processes.

We welcome proposals for additional initiatives designed to enhance revenue generation and drive sales growth. Consideration will be given to creative strategies and supplementary efforts that contribute to expanding market reach and improving overall sales performance.

You will be responsible for formulating and implementing Marketing policies that oversee and guide departmental operations.

A professional and polished appearance, in accordance with the company’s established dress code, is required.

Management maintains a strict policy concerning punctuality, as tardiness to work is not acceptable under any circumstances.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least three years of professional experience in a similar role, and proficiency in industry-standard software tools. Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Preferred qualifications encompass advanced certifications, prior leadership experience, and familiarity with emerging technologies in the field. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, are essential to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Additionally, problem-solving aptitude and adaptability to dynamic environments are highly valued traits.

You must possess an HND or a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.

Minimum of five to seven years of marketing experience is required, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in field marketing within the Freight and Logistics sector.

A Master of Science (M.Sc.) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree is highly advantageous.

Proven ability to maintain meticulous organization while efficiently juggling numerous projects and priorities at once.

Demonstrates exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with a strong capacity to foster and maintain professional relationships.

Must possess strong interpersonal skills to engage with customers, accurately interpret their requirements, and deliver appropriate solutions.

Establishes and nurtures robust connections with potential clients to effectively transition them into loyal customers.

Demonstrated skill in negotiating agreements and finalizing transactions with a high degree of success.

Demonstrates strong leadership in overseeing the marketing team while efficiently allocating resources to achieve sales objectives.
