Reverse Aesthetic Clinics is looking for a highly efficient, detail-oriented, and professional Office Assistant/Housekeeper to assist with the clinic’s daily functions. The successful applicant will ensure the facility remains spotless and inviting for both clients and employees while handling essential administrative and front-desk duties as needed.

The ideal candidate for this position is a professional woman who embodies neatness, courtesy, and proactivity while thriving in a client-centric setting.

Oversee a range of critical responsibilities, including the management of daily operations to ensure seamless productivity, the development and implementation of strategic plans that align with organizational goals, the supervision of a cross-functional team to drive performance and accountability, the preparation and presentation of comprehensive reports to stakeholders, and the maintenance of compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Additionally, this role involves identifying opportunities for process improvements, fostering a collaborative work environment, and providing mentorship to team members to enhance their professional growth.

Ensure reception areas, treatment rooms, offices, and common areas are consistently clean and well-organized to uphold a professional and welcoming environment.

Maintain clinic facilities in a consistently clean, hygienic, and visually appealing condition at all times.

Provide support in the management and tracking of office and cleaning supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained at all times.

Ensure beverages and light snacks are provided to visitors as needed.

Perform a variety of administrative duties, including maintaining organized filing systems, managing records, and executing routine office tasks to ensure smooth operational workflow.

We extend a cordial greeting to clients upon their arrival and ensure they are directed to the correct location promptly.

Respond to appointment confirmations and address routine client inquiries efficiently.

Facilitate the team’s efforts to deliver a seamless and positive client experience.

Promptly report any maintenance issues, supply shortages, or operational concerns to ensure timely resolution and maintain smooth operations.

Perform any additional tasks deemed appropriate by management as needed.

Requirements

A preference is noted for female candidates to fulfill the operational and facility management responsibilities of this position.

Holders of SSC, OND, or an equivalent qualification are required.

Prior experience in administrative support, janitorial services, front desk coordination, client relations, or comparable positions is beneficial.

Effective communication abilities and strong interpersonal competencies are essential for this role.

Maintains a polished and professional demeanor at all times, ensuring a neat and well-groomed appearance.

Exceptional self-motivation and meticulous attention to detail are essential for this role.

Demonstrates unwavering integrity, dependability, and a strong commitment to timeliness in all professional engagements.

Proficiency in operating a smartphone and utilizing WhatsApp is essential.
