Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Officer (CSO) to strengthen our sales team. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying new business prospects, nurturing key client relationships, and expanding revenue streams across corporate and non-corporate sectors.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in strict adherence to established company guidelines and protocols.

Oversee the complete sales process, encompassing lead generation through to finalizing agreements.

Develop and nurture enduring partnerships with pivotal client accounts to ensure sustained engagement and mutual growth.

Achieving or surpassing monthly, and quarterly sales objectives is essential to this role.

Responsibilities include ensuring precise documentation of sales activities and regularly updating CRM systems to reflect current information.

Partner with operations, marketing, and recruitment teams to maintain high levels of client satisfaction through coordinated efforts and shared insights.

Monitor and analyze ongoing market trends, competitive product offerings, and key industry advancements to maintain a comprehensive understanding of the dynamic landscape.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or mathematics, is required. A minimum of three years of professional experience in a related role is necessary. Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking are essential. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++ is mandated. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial. Experience with database management and SQL is preferred. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment is important. Familiarity with software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum, is advantageous.

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
