The QA Officer is responsible for conducting thorough quality inspections of food production and service operations at the outlet, identifying bottlenecks, and resolving issues to uphold food safety standards and ensure adherence to established SOPs.

Ensures strict adherence to food safety standards and monitors quality throughout the entire production cycle.

Oversee the corrective and preventive action process, which encompasses conducting failure investigations and performing root-cause analyses related to food quality.

Perform comprehensive analysis of water and food items across all outlets, with primary responsibility for monitoring and following up on laboratory testing procedures.

Ensures adherence to quality standards on production lines through collaboration with Outlet Managers and Production Supervisors.

Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Oversee compliance activities to verify that all operational procedures align with applicable standards and guidelines, identifying areas for improvement as necessary.

Develops, updates, and manages a comprehensive repository of all departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies.

Ensure all products and procedures comply with established specifications and regulatory standards through collaboration with government regulatory bodies.

Ensure strict adherence to newly enacted regulations across all company outlets and within the supplier network.

Continuously enhance existing systems and processes, identifying opportunities for meaningful changes and improvements to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness.
