Ensure the secure and timely collection and delivery of packages, documents, and other items.
Design and execute highly optimized delivery routes to ensure maximum efficiency.
All deliveries must be completed punctually in accordance with the designated timelines.
Review documentation to confirm delivery details and secure necessary proof of delivery, as mandated by applicable procedures.
Accurately document and maintain comprehensive delivery records and reports.
Perform systematic inspections on the designated vehicle to identify and document any mechanical issues or necessary maintenance tasks.
Ensure full compliance with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and established company policies at all times.
Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy throughout the delivery process.
Maintain the vehicle assigned to you in a clean state and ensure it remains in optimal working order at all times.
Seeking candidates who possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience, with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, is essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The ideal applicant will demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient understanding of Lagos’ road infrastructure and traffic laws is essential.
