Job Summary
Jerold Limited is in search of a seasoned, results-oriented Marketing Manager to spearhead marketing efforts for our fintech enterprise and its associated brands. The successful candidate will oversee initiatives aimed at expanding brand visibility, acquiring customers, generating leads, executing digital marketing campaigns, fostering partnerships, and shaping the overall marketing strategy.
Oversee a range of critical duties encompassing strategic planning, project execution, and operational oversight to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align resources, streamline processes, and drive performance improvements. Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions as needed. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and internal policies. Provide leadership through clear direction, mentorship, and decision-making to empower teams and enhance productivity.
Craft and implement strategic marketing initiatives aimed at fostering business expansion and increasing market share.
Execute comprehensive digital marketing initiatives spanning social media platforms, search engine optimization, search engine marketing, email campaigns, and paid advertising strategies.
Develop and sustain brand positioning while guaranteeing uniformity across every communication and marketing platform.
Spearhead initiatives focused on generating leads and acquiring new customers.
Perform comprehensive market research and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by analyzing key performance metrics.
Develop and cultivate strategic alliances while overseeing all public relations initiatives to enhance organizational visibility and reputation.
Responsibilities include managing marketing expenditures and assessing the return on investment for various campaigns through detailed financial reporting.
Ensures the successful candidate possesses a bachelor’s degree in a related field, along with at least three years of relevant professional experience. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Proficiency in industry-specific software or tools is required to perform job duties efficiently. The ideal applicant must demonstrate problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus. Additionally, the role demands meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a closely related discipline is required.
Seek a minimum of three to five years of marketing expertise, ideally within fintech, technology, or financial services sectors.
Expertise in digital marketing, brand development, and lead generation is essential.
Proven proficiency with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, Meta Business Suite, or comparable tools is required.
Proven expertise in communication, leadership, and project management is essential.
