Job Summary:
The Delivery Driver is tasked with transporting and distributing the company’s gas products to customers along a predetermined route, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
Oversee a diverse array of critical tasks, including the management of daily operations, the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, and the monitoring of performance metrics to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to foster innovation, streamline processes, and enhance overall productivity. Lead project teams through all phases—from planning and execution to evaluation—while ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. Serve as a primary liaison between senior leadership and operational staff, translating strategic goals into actionable plans and providing regular updates on progress and challenges. Additionally, identify opportunities for process improvements, implement best practices, and drive continuous organizational growth.
You will transport gas products to customers and ensure the cultivation of strong, positive customer relationships.
Deliver comprehensive product information and technical assistance to customers upon request.
Responsible for safely operating the delivery van to ensure timely and efficient product deliveries, with meticulous attention to both vehicle cleanliness and operational reliability.
Provide support to operators in the secure loading of gas cylinders onto vehicles.
Oversee van inventory management, perform daily stock reconciliations, and document any discrepancies for further review.
Ensure precise documentation of sales transactions, customer interactions, and delivery records.
Candidates must meet the following requirements: a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least three years of professional experience in a similar role, and proficiency with industry-standard software tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are also required to convey complex ideas clearly. Prior experience with project management is preferred but not mandatory.
Seeking candidates with a minimum of one to two years of hands-on experience in delivery services or professional driving.
A valid driver’s license accompanied by an unblemished driving history is required.
Proficient in operating both manual and automatic transmission vehicles, with a specific focus on mini buses and vans.
