Job Summary

The In-Store Sales Agent will drive the promotion and sales of Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) solutions within partner retail locations.

The position requires actively interacting with customers, articulating the advantages of our offerings, assisting them throughout the application process, and fostering product adoption while maintaining superior service standards and meeting sales objectives.

Oversee critical operational duties to ensure seamless execution of assigned tasks; develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with organizational objectives; conduct regular performance evaluations to maintain high productivity standards; collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster innovation and resolve complex challenges; maintain strict adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices; prepare and present detailed reports to senior management to support data-driven decision-making; mentor and train staff to enhance skill development and operational efficiency; manage budget allocations and resource distribution to optimize financial performance; liaise with external stakeholders, including clients and vendors, to cultivate strong business relationships; monitor key performance indicators to identify trends and implement corrective actions as needed.

Drive consumer adoption of Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) services by actively promoting them within partner retail locations. • Initiate meaningful conversations with shoppers to highlight the advantages and flexible payment options these solutions provide.

Provide guidance to customers throughout the application and onboarding phases, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Achieve designated sales objectives while delivering insightful input regarding market conditions.

Requirements

A minimum of one year of sales experience is required, with prior experience in financial services serving as an additional benefit.

A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a closely related discipline, such as a B.Sc. or HND, is required.

Proficient in leveraging digital and mobile applications and platforms is required.

Effectively articulate ideas with clarity in both spoken and written formats.

Exceptional proficiency in persuasive communication, adept negotiation techniques, and a proven ability to finalize agreements effectively.

Comprehensive expertise in sales methodologies, with a specialized focus on the financial industry.

Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills and a steadfast commitment to ethical principles.
