Develop and nurture key alliances with software developers, corporate entities, consulting firms, project management companies, and professionals in the real estate industry.

Requirement

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required for this position.

Business, Administration, Marketing, or Economics professionals are sought for this role, requiring a degree in one of these fields. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in data analysis, strategic planning, and project management, with strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for cross-functional collaboration. The successful applicant will oversee daily operations, develop marketing strategies, conduct market research, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, they will lead team initiatives, prepare financial reports, and contribute to long-term organizational growth through innovative solutions.

A Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Marketing, Economics, or a related field is required.

Required qualifications include professional certifications in Business Development, Sales Leadership, Project Management, or Strategic Management.

Experience

With a minimum of a decade of expertise in business development, sales, or client relationship management, the ideal candidate will bring substantial experience to the role.

Proven track record with a minimum of five years of experience in a senior business development or leadership capacity is required.

Proven expertise in winning high-value projects across architecture, interior design, workspace design, construction, real estate, or related sectors.

Achieves or surpasses revenue targets on a consistent basis, demonstrating a strong performance history.

Proven track record in overseeing corporate and institutional client portfolios, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering long-term partnerships through tailored solutions and exceptional service delivery.
