Drive operational excellence and financial performance by optimizing project outcomes and enhancing profitability.

Assess project requirements and secure the essential materials needed for successful completion.

Prepare comprehensive project design and implementation plans, outlining all necessary scope elements and key parameters to ensure successful execution.

Determine project requirements and allocate specific tasks and milestones to the most suitable team members based on their expertise and availability.

Drive the comprehensive project management lifecycle from initiation through to completion, ensuring seamless coordination and oversight of all project phases and deliverables.

Oversee and execute daily operations, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards. Manage a diverse team of professionals, fostering collaboration and professional growth through mentorship and constructive feedback. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall performance. Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress and identify areas for improvement. Assist the construction manager in defining project objectives, establishing procedures, developing data collection methods, and setting performance standards—all in alignment with corporate policies.

Revise the scheduled or urgent updates for construction and deck planning activities and assess the necessary personnel and equipment allocations.

Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive testing procedures to evaluate and track project performance metrics.

Supervisors and subcontractors should be notified without delay of any modifications to the construction schedule, and collaboration with all stakeholders is essential to ensure adherence to all specified requirements.

Supervise budgetary, scheduling, and project databases while providing regular updates to the project manager regarding progress and potential issues that may substantially impact cost or timeline.

Ensure adherence to established standards and specifications to uphold quality control and assurance protocols.

Seeking an individual with a strong proficiency in project management tools, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and prior experience in team leadership roles. Proficiency in data analysis and proficiency with relevant software applications are highly desirable. A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience is required. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities are essential. Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards is preferable. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

A Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent qualification) in Engineering or a related discipline is required.

Holding a Professional Engineer (PE) license issued by the Regional Engineering Council (CORE) is a mandatory requirement for this position.

Proven expertise in designing and developing databases is required.

Proficient use of AutoCAD is essential for this position. Candidates must demonstrate an advanced understanding of its tools and features to execute tasks effectively. Experience in creating detailed drawings, executing precise modifications, and maintaining documentation standards is required.
