What You’ll Do
Design custom dental and orthodontic appliances of exceptional quality, meticulously tailored to meet the unique requirements of each patient.
Work in close partnership with dentists to accurately interpret prescriptions and ensure precise adherence to all specified requirements.
Employ a blend of conventional methods and advanced digital processes, such as CAD/CAM design and milling systems, to execute tasks effectively.
Ensure laboratory equipment remains in optimal working condition by performing regular maintenance and calibration procedures to uphold consistent quality standards.
Document processes meticulously and ensure case records are consistently updated to maintain traceability and uphold quality control standards.
What You’ll Bring
Earned a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Technology from an accredited educational institution.
We seek candidates with a minimum of two to three years of practical experience in a professional dental laboratory setting.
Skilled in both manual crafting techniques and advanced digital dental technologies, with a strong preference for candidates possessing CAD/CAM expertise.
Exceptional attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to precision craftsmanship are essential qualities for this role.
Demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving and adaptability when confronted with intricate scenarios is essential.
A proven ability to work effectively within a team environment coupled with strong interpersonal and communication skills is essential.
