Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently. Responsible for securely conveying company personnel, executives, clients, and visitors to their intended destinations.
Deliver prompt pick-up and drop-off services in strict accordance with the designated schedules.
Responsibilities include ensuring the vehicle remains in optimal condition and is kept clean at all times.
Perform regular vehicle inspections and immediately document any defects, damages, or required maintenance actions.
Ensure the vehicle is consistently fueled by continuously monitoring fuel levels at all times.
Maintain precise documentation for all trips, including mileage logs, fuel consumption records, and maintenance activities.
Comply with all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and established company driving policies.
Provide support in transporting and retrieving documents, parcels, and other company materials as needed.
Develop optimized routes to minimize delays and guarantee punctual arrival at each destination.
Uphold strict confidentiality concerning all company affairs and executive activities to ensure the integrity and security of sensitive information.
Assist with additional administrative or logistics tasks as needed.
Requirements
