Each day, conduct calls to all designated beats during the Morning, Afternoon, and Night shifts to compile accurate and timely information for the situation report.
Prepare and submit a daily report covering each session—Morning, Afternoon, and Night.
Facilitating seamless communication of collected data from each site to the operations department for prompt resolution is essential.
Provides support in the preparation and submission of incident reports for review by the Operations team.
Working collaboratively with the security team to uphold and enhance the safety and security of the environment.
Compiling weekly reports that document incidents occurring across various locations serves as a key responsibility of this role.

Must possess strong computer proficiency and have access to a personal laptop for daily tasks.
