Oversee and execute a wide range of critical duties and obligations as part of this role, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Food preparation responsibilities include designing and preparing nutritious, visually appealing, and high-quality meals tailored to accommodate the dietary needs of diverse groups, including students and faculty.
Modify recipes and prepare alternative meal options to accommodate students with allergies, religious dietary restrictions, or medical conditions.
Ensure unwavering compliance with health and safety regulations by meticulously overseeing food storage protocols, monitoring temperature controls, and conducting thorough cleaning of all kitchen areas, dining facilities, and equipment.
Inventory and Stock Management: Support in receiving food deliveries, tracking inventory levels, and minimizing food waste.
Collaborate closely with the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager to synchronize meal preparation schedules with the school’s daily bell schedule.
