Lead comprehensive ERP implementations from start to finish, encompassing thorough requirements gathering, detailed process analysis, precise system configuration, rigorous testing, seamless deployment, and dedicated post-implementation support.
Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients to analyze current operational workflows and convert business requirements into precise ERP system configurations.
Configure and deploy Odor ERP modules to streamline core business functions, including financial management, sales operations, procurement processes, inventory control, operational workflows, and reporting capabilities.
Facilitate collaborative discovery sessions, interactive workshops, and detailed solution walkthroughs with stakeholders to establish precise system requirements and delineate the scope of implementation.
Leverage ERP functionalities to thoroughly assess current business operations and propose strategic enhancements aimed at optimizing efficiency and productivity.
Work collaboratively with product engineers and technical teams to convert functional requirements into system enhancements and viable solutions.
Design and implement system workflows, approval mechanisms, user role assignments, data architectures, and reporting systems to facilitate efficient business operations.
Conduct functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to verify that the system meets the stipulated business requirements prior to deployment.
Analyze functional gaps and process inefficiencies encountered during implementation, collaborating with product and engineering teams to devise pragmatic solutions.
Facilitate the deployment and successful go-live of the ERP system while maintaining seamless operational workflows with minimal disruption.
Create comprehensive user documentation, system guides, and training materials designed to facilitate ERP adoption for both internal teams and external client organizations.
Deliver training programs and offer functional assistance to internal teams and external clients throughout and following the system deployment process.
Monitor post-implementation system usage to identify opportunities for enhancement and propose strategic improvements aimed at optimizing ERP performance.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, along with at least five years of relevant professional experience in a similar role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Familiarity with project management methodologies and regulatory compliance standards is also necessary. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines is critical.

A minimum of five years of hands-on experience in Odor ERP implementation, ERP consulting, or enterprise systems deployment is required.
