Oversee and execute critical duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership to drive organizational success. Develop and implement comprehensive policies, procedures, and initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and compliance with industry standards. Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional growth while ensuring alignment with company objectives. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data trends, and recommend data-driven solutions to optimize workflows and achieve measurable outcomes. Serve as a liaison between senior management and departmental stakeholders to facilitate transparent communication and informed decision-making.
Perform on-site monitoring, gather plant data, and document any deviations from expected conditions.
Responsibilities include managing pumps, compressors, reboilers, separators, and LPG/CNG loading stations to ensure efficient operation and adherence to safety protocols.
Execute plan start-up and shutdown procedures while ensuring adherence to Lockout/Ragout (LOT) protocols.
Operate fractionation towers, including euthanized, deproteinize, and debutante units, as well as their associated auxiliary systems.
Oversee and enhance fractionation processes through the central control room to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Ensure LPG product specifications are maintained in accordance with GC data analysis.
Facilitate critical emergency response operations by providing comprehensive support across various initiatives and tasks.
Experienced professionals must meet the following qualifications for consideration: a minimum of five years in a relevant field, proficiency in industry-standard software tools, and a bachelor’s degree—or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidates must demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, exceptional communication skills, and the capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Familiarity with project management methodologies and adherence to deadlines are essential. Additional assets include prior leadership roles, certifications in specialized areas, and a track record of delivering measurable results.
Higher National Diploma, Bachelor of Science, or Bachelor of Engineering in an Engineering discipline or a Physical Sciences field.
Holding active membership with USE or SPE is required.
Holds CORE registration or an equivalent professional certification.
A minimum of ten years of relevant experience within a comparable facility is required.
Proficiency in HOP/HAMID training would be advantageous to the successful candidate.
