Perform on-site monitoring, gather plant data readings, and document any deviations from expected performance.
Responsibilities include the efficient operation of pumps, compressors, reboilers, separators, and LPG/CNG loading stations to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols.
Execute plan start-up and shutdown operations, as well as Lockout/Ragout (LOT) procedures.
Operate fractionation towers, including euthanizes, deproteinizes, and debutantes, as well as associated auxiliary systems.
Oversee and enhance fractionation operations from the central control room to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Ensure LPG product specifications are maintained through the analysis of gas chromatography (GC) data.
Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide essential assistance during critical incidents.
Requirements:
A degree in Engineering or Physical Sciences, encompassing HND, B.Sc., or B.Eng., is required.
Holds active membership in the National Stock Exchange (USE) and/or Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE).
Professional certification from CORE Nor an equivalent body is required.
A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a comparable facility is required.
Proficiency in HOP/HAMID training would be considered an additional asset.
Seeking a professional with experience spanning between 35 and 55 years of age.
