A highly organized SAP Procurement Specialist is sought to assist global users of SAP S/4HANA (MM). Deliver first-line assistance for inquiries and routine issues related to SAP procurement processes, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoice verification.
Maintain the integrity of approval workflows, organizational hierarchies, and procurement data.
Oversee SAP user access administration, role assignments, and adherence to security compliance standards.
Oversee vendor master data management to maintain accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.
Provide support for reporting activities, conduct data analysis, and contribute to continuous improvement projects to enhance organizational performance.
Provide user training sessions and work collaboratively with international stakeholders to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing across all regions.
