Embark on your ABI career through a dynamic rotational program designed to align with our core strategic pillars: driving Category leadership and growth, advancing digital transformation and monetization within our ecosystem, and enhancing operational efficiency across the business. This program offers structured rotations across front-line Sales and front-line Supply Chain teams, complemented by an additional rotation tailored to evolving business priorities.

Upon completion of the program, you will further advance your ABI journey by assuming a full-time position within either our Sales or Supply Chain divisions.

Who is this for?

Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree and demonstrate exceptional potential in their field.

Fluency in English is required for both verbal interactions and professional tasks.

While formal work experience is not mandatory, prior internship experience is advantageous, with candidates ideally having no more than two years of full-time professional background.

Requires unrestricted mobility to perform job duties effectively.
