Job Summary
We are in search of a dedicated and seasoned Educator to instruct and ready domestic personnel, including nannies, housekeepers, and caregivers. Duties include overseeing project timelines, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines. You will be responsible for identifying process improvements, allocating resources efficiently, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders at all levels. Regular performance reviews, budget tracking, and risk assessment are also essential components of this role. Additionally, you may be tasked with mentoring junior staff and fostering a collaborative work environment.
