Job Summary
We seek a dedicated and seasoned Educator to instruct and ready domestic staff, including nannies, housekeepers, and caregivers. The preferred applicant will conduct effective, interactive training programs that provide participants with the essential skills, professional conduct, and employment standards required.
Oversee and execute critical operational tasks encompassing strategic planning, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive organizational objectives. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency, productivity, and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and generate actionable insights to inform decision-making and optimize business outcomes. Serve as a liaison between executive leadership, department heads, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and effective communication.
Design and implement comprehensive training programs tailored specifically for domestic staff members, including nannies, housekeepers, caregivers, and other related roles.
Deliver dynamic classroom and hands-on instructional sessions to foster an interactive learning environment.
Evaluate trainees’ performance and deliver actionable, constructive feedback to support their professional development.
Develop comprehensive training resources, instructional guides, and assessment instruments to support employee development and performance evaluation.
Instill a commitment to professionalism, ethical conduct, workplace hygiene standards, and adherence to safety protocols.
Deliver guidance and support to trainees as required.
Remain informed about the latest advancements in childcare methodologies, household management techniques, and domestic service protocols to ensure adherence to industry-leading practices.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of training activities and compile detailed reports to track trainee advancement and performance metrics.

Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, and software development best practices is also required. Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills are necessary to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. Additionally, experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies is highly desirable.
Acquires a valid teaching or training certification, demonstrating formal qualifications to deliver educational instruction or professional development programs.
Individuals should possess a relevant academic background in Early Childhood Education, Home Economics, or a closely associated discipline.
Skilled in vocational education, technical training, or practical learning settings.
