Deliver comprehensive outpatient and ambulatory care services to staff members and their eligible dependents via scheduled clinical consultations and follow-up evaluations.

Provide comprehensive medical care for inpatients, addressing emergent situations and fulfilling 24-hour on-call responsibilities as assigned.

Facilitate the delivery of preventive health services by implementing initiatives focused on disease prevention, health promotion, and wellness activities to enhance overall community well-being.

Facilitate the planning, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of training programs and continuing medical education initiatives.

Provide expert clinical care tailored to specific specialties, including internal medicine, pediatrics, surgery, family medicine, occupational health, and other relevant disciplines.

What we Require

MBBS or an equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution is required for this role.

Obtaining a Fellowship from the Nigerian or West African Postgraduate Medical College, or an equivalent qualification in clinical specialties, is essential for this role.

With a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 15 years of post-fellowship clinical practice, candidates should demonstrate a well-rounded professional background.

Proven expertise in the field of Occupational Medicine is essential.

Additional prerequisites include several years of relevant experience in the specified field, proficiency in pertinent software and tools, and a demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with strong problem-solving capabilities and a commitment to continuous learning. Candidates should possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, and specialized certifications may be required depending on the role.
