Responsible for operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting production machinery while adhering to established standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintaining specified speed targets.
Execute Autonomous Maintenance procedures on designated machinery at scheduled intervals.
Thoroughly record every activity conducted, encompassing both machine operations and maintenance procedures, ensuring complete and precise documentation.
Work alongside Maintenance Technicians to efficiently address and resolve machine-related issues.
Ensure the use of all company-issued personal protective equipment (PPE) and strictly comply with established health and safety regulations at all times.
Ensure strict adherence to hygiene protocols to prevent any product cross-contamination by maintaining equipment cleanliness and meeting all sanitation standards.
Requirements
A minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
With a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in the field, candidates should possess a solid background as either a Mechanical or Electrical Technician.
Conduct a thorough and comprehensive orientation program to ensure complete understanding.
Proficiency in adapting to rotating schedules and accommodating extended work durations is essential.
