About the Role
We are actively recruiting a Healthcare Assistant to assist the pharmacist with daily pharmacy operations.
You will be tasked with executing a range of duties, including overseeing daily operations, managing project timelines, and ensuring team productivity aligns with organizational goals. Additional responsibilities involve collaborating with cross-functional departments to streamline workflows, monitoring performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, and maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations. You will also be responsible for delegating tasks effectively, fostering a positive work environment, and providing guidance to team members to enhance overall efficiency and output.
Assist the pharmacist with the precise preparation and dispensing of prescriptions to ensure accuracy.
Responsibilities include receiving, organizing, and shelving medications and supplies while conducting regular inventory counts to uphold accurate stock levels and manage product expiry dates effectively.
Maintain precise daily sales records while assisting with the tracking of operational expenses, ensuring all entries receive the necessary approvals.
Handle incoming customer inquiries and telephone calls in a prompt and professional manner to ensure all concerns are addressed efficiently and accurately.
Maintain a pharmacy environment that is consistently clean, well-organized, and fully compliant with established operational standards, including shelves and work areas.
Proficiency in verbal and written communication, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities, is essential.
Demonstrates strong collaborative skills and excels in a team-oriented environment to achieve common goals through coordinated efforts and mutual support.
Residing within the Isopoda metropolis is considered a favorable qualification for this position.
