Oversee inventory levels and promptly notify management of any shortages or items past their expiration date.
Regularly verify expiry dates and promptly remove any products that have surpassed their validity to uphold inventory compliance and customer safety.
Provide support in conducting stock counts and managing inventory records.
Upon receipt of products, support the accurate and timely entry of item details into the system to ensure inventory records are up-to-date and aligned with procurement activities.
Provide assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction with products or services. Respond promptly to customer concerns, process orders accurately, and maintain detailed records of interactions. Require strong communication skills, patience, and a problem-solving mindset to handle escalations effectively. Familiarity with CRM software and basic troubleshooting preferred. May involve working flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, to meet customer needs.
Assist customers in selecting suitable products in accordance with the pharmacist’s guidance.
All questions concerning medical advice and prescription-related matters must be directed to the pharmacist for resolution.
Deliver accurate and concise product information pertaining exclusively to over-the-counter items.

A minimum qualification of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) certificate is required.
Minimum of two years of professional experience within a pharmacy setting is required.
