To generate and cultivate new B2B accounts specifically within pharmaceutical manufacturing, you will focus on engaging procurement professionals and technical decision-makers.

Our role involves marketing high-purity pharmaceutical raw materials—such as active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), excipients, chemical intermediates, and finished formulation products—to both manufacturers and contract development and manufacturing organizations (CMOS).

Oversee and expand the current client base within the pharmaceutical sector, prioritizing exceptional service to foster satisfaction and encourage recurring engagements.

Formulate and implement strategic sales initiatives tailored to each territory, ensuring alignment with organizational revenue projections and expansion goals.

Lead technical presentations and discussions with procurement officers, research and development teams, and quality assurance specialists within client organizations.

Leverage company policies and profit margin targets to strategically negotiate pricing, supply agreements, and contractual terms.

Work closely with supply chain, regulatory, and technical teams to verify that products adhere to client specifications and fulfill all compliance obligations.

Analyze market dynamics, competitor actions, and customer sentiment to deliver strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Responsible for ensuring precise documentation of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasted performance through the utilization of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

Serve as the company’s ambassador at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events, representing its interests and values with professionalism and engagement.

Seeking a qualified candidate with a minimum of five years of experience in a similar role, along with proficiency in industry-specific software and exceptional analytical skills. The ideal applicant must demonstrate strong interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory, and advanced certifications or specialized training are highly advantageous. Additionally, the role demands meticulous attention to detail, adaptability to evolving business needs, and a commitment to continuous professional development. Prior leadership experience is preferred, as is a proven track record of delivering measurable results under tight deadlines.

A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field within the life sciences is required.

Seeking candidates with a minimum of four to six years of demonstrated B2B sales expertise within the pharmaceutical raw materials, active pharmaceutical ingredients (API), or specialty chemicals sectors.
