The position oversees laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining efficient workflows. Key responsibilities include managing laboratory staff, coordinating testing procedures, and overseeing equipment maintenance and calibration. Candidates must possess a degree in a relevant scientific field, along with at least three years of laboratory management experience. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential to facilitate team collaboration and uphold quality assurance protocols. Familiarity with laboratory information systems and adherence to safety protocols are also required.

Support the daily operations and oversight of Quality Control laboratory functions.

Oversee chemical, microbiological, and physical evaluations of raw materials, packaging components, in-process specimens, and finished goods to ensure compliance with established standards.

Deliver laboratory results promptly through thorough analysis and comprehensive reporting.

Ensure laboratory operations are organized and executed efficiently to align with established production and release schedules.

Ensures adherence to established quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout all operational processes. Oversees documentation, audits, and inspections to verify compliance with internal policies and external guidelines. Identifies potential risks or deviations and implements corrective actions to maintain high-quality performance. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of compliance and continuous improvement. Requires a minimum of three years of experience in quality assurance or a related field, along with proficiency in quality management systems. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Guarantee adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and all relevant regulatory mandates.

Facilitate both internal and external audits, as well as regulatory inspections, to ensure compliance and operational integrity.

Ensure compliance with established quality systems and adherence to laboratory best practices at all times.

Investigate deviations, out-of-specification (OOS) results, and out-of-trend (NOT) occurrences as part of comprehensive research efforts.
