Oversee and execute essential duties encompassing strategic planning, operational oversight, and team leadership to ensure organizational goals are met efficiently. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to drive productivity and maintain high standards of quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with business objectives and foster a culture of innovation and accountability. Manage resources, budgets, and timelines to optimize efficiency and achieve measurable outcomes. Provide mentorship and guidance to staff, fostering professional growth and a cohesive work environment. Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for improvement and sustainable expansion.
Accurately review prescriptions while delivering patient counseling to promote the safe and effective use of medications.
Design and oversee the pharmacy’s spatial arrangement to optimize the accessibility and visibility of medications and related products.
Monitor inventory flow to ensure products are safeguarded against deterioration, shortages, and expiration, thereby maintaining optimal stock levels and operational efficiency.
Lead the strategic marketing and implementation of pharmacy services, with a specific focus on delivering rapid health assessments.
Drive revenue growth, enhance category performance, and boost branch profitability by implementing innovative strategies and customer-centric initiatives.
Remain abreast of the latest developments and innovations in the healthcare industry by engaging in ongoing education and fostering professional partnerships.
Maintain strict adherence to all applicable regulatory, legal, and professional practice requirements to guarantee full compliance.
Requirements
Earned a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy to establish a solid foundation in pharmaceutical sciences and clinical practice.
Holds a current, unrestricted license to practice pharmacy, demonstrating compliance with all applicable regulatory and professional standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and pharmacy information systems is required.
