The ideal candidate will develop and oversee the sales and marketing strategy, ensuring its planning, execution, and supervision. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this individual will recommend key objectives for sales, market positioning, and marketing initiatives.

Seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong background in financial analysis, proficiency in data interpretation, and excellent problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will possess at least five years of related experience, along with a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Familiarity with financial software, advanced Excel skills, and knowledge of regulatory compliance are essential. Additionally, the role demands exceptional communication skills for presenting insights to stakeholders and collaborating across teams. Responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing financial reports, and advising on strategic initiatives to optimize performance.

A Bachelor of Pharmacy degree or its equivalent is required. Holding an MBA is considered a significant advantage.
