We are seeking a motivated professional to join our team, responsible for overseeing key operational functions and driving organizational success. We seek a strategic, results-oriented E-commerce Media Buyer with a strong focus on creativity to drive sustainable growth and profitability for our online store.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive media buying strategy that spans all our channels, from initial planning to final execution.

You’ll analyze consumer behavior, spearhead the creative pipeline, and directly impact our bottom-line revenue—far beyond mere budget management.

Key duties include facilitating team collaboration to achieve project milestones, overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to deadlines, and identifying opportunities for process improvements. Responsibilities encompass managing cross-functional teams, analyzing performance metrics to drive productivity gains, and maintaining compliance with organizational policies. The role requires proactive troubleshooting of operational challenges, fostering a culture of accountability, and supporting strategic initiatives aligned with company objectives. Strong leadership is essential to motivate teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and deliver measurable results in a dynamic work environment.

Responsible for overseeing, refining, and expanding daily paid campaigns to maximize profitability.

Craft compelling creative briefs by interpreting data insights, providing designers with the strategic direction needed to develop impactful hooks and angles.

Analyze performance metrics beyond surface-level dashboard data to assess true Marketing Efficiency Ratio (MER), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Lifetime Value (LTV).

Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance landing page conversion rates and refine offer structures.

Conduct ongoing A/B testing on ad copy, messaging angles, attention-grabbing hooks, and product catalog feeds to optimize performance.

Requirements

Candidates who meet the requirements should hold a Bachelor’s Degree.

A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in paid advertising management is required, with prior work in e-commerce brands considered a valuable asset.

Proven success in overseeing and optimizing monthly advertising expenditures to ensure profitable returns.

Proficiency in advertising platforms such as Meta and TikTok is essential.

Proficiency in Shopify, Google Analytics 4, and third-party attribution platforms such as Triple Whale or North beam is required.
