Job Purpose

The People Business Partner (PBP) collaborates closely with business leaders as a strategic advisor, ensuring that people-related strategies are seamlessly integrated with organizational priorities. This position is designed to oversee the meticulous execution of all people-focused initiatives—spanning performance enablement, workforce planning, and leadership effectiveness—while maintaining a foundation of empathy, precision, and measurable outcomes.

As a strategic partner beyond conventional HR functions, the People Business Partner (PBP) serves as a trusted advisor, driving organizational health and cultivating a culture rooted in accountability, engagement, and inclusion. This position aligns business objectives with people-centric solutions, ensuring talent is leveraged as a critical driver of growth and innovation.

Key duties encompass overseeing cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and maintaining strong communication channels across all levels of the organization. The role demands meticulous attention to detail in analyzing performance metrics, identifying trends, and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, the position requires developing and executing training programs to foster professional growth among team members while upholding compliance with industry regulations and internal policies. Collaborating closely with senior leadership, the role involves presenting actionable insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making processes.

Collaborate with business leaders to develop strategic people-focused initiatives that convert organizational objectives into tangible plans, thereby enhancing capability, performance, and talent retention.

Drive strategic workforce planning and organizational design initiatives to establish optimal structures, define clear roles, and align talent with both present and evolving business requirements.

Drive leadership excellence by coaching and guiding leaders in talent strategy development, performance management best practices, and employee engagement initiatives, thereby enhancing overall leadership effectiveness and fostering a high-performing team culture.

Serve as a reliable consultant for employee relations issues, guaranteeing equitable, uniform, and strategically aligned resolutions in partnership with the Employee Relations Center of Excellence.

Collaborate with the Talent Management and Total Rewards teams to develop and execute talent programs, learning initiatives, and compensation structures that enhance performance and career development.

Leverage data and insights derived from people analytics to detect emerging trends, anticipate potential risks, and uncover strategic opportunities, subsequently formulating and delivering data-informed recommendations to senior leadership.

Champion innovative change management and strategic communication initiatives designed to facilitate organizational transformation, drive widespread adoption of new processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across business units.

To maintain adherence to internal policies and local labor regulations while fostering an environment of excellence and high productivity.

Qualifications

With a minimum of two to four years of progressive human resources experience, including at least two years in a business partnership or advisory role, the ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong foundation in strategic HR initiatives and collaborative problem-solving.

Possesses a proven track record of thriving in dynamic, matrixed, or multinational organizational structures.

Proficient in key human resources disciplines, including performance management, employee relations, organizational design, and workforce planning.

Demonstrates a track record of leveraging HR data and analytics to drive informed, strategic decisions.

Preferred Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology, along with at least three years of relevant professional experience. Familiarity with industry-standard software, tools, and methodologies is essential, alongside strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in project management and possess excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. Experience with Agile or Scrum frameworks and a track record of delivering measurable results are highly advantageous. Knowledge of data analysis techniques and proficiency in programming languages like Python or SQL are preferred.

With a background in providing technical or commercial assistance to business units within fintech, banking, or technology sectors, you bring valuable expertise to the role.

Proven ability to engage and persuade senior stakeholders, effectively driving and overseeing complex organizational change initiatives.
